These where 2 cottages I built for myself and are now being run as successful holiday lets. MacGillivray Construction had the opportunity to purchase a small plot in the heart of Findhorn Village.

As this was in a conservation area we designed 2 small cottages to fit in with their surroundings. Every effort was made to make them look like 2 old cottages. They have the character of old cottages but the comfort and resilience of highly insulated modern new builds. This was a very tricky project as there was no access for lorries so materials in to site was a slow process.
